Wonder why are a bunch of students lining up in the late afternoon? Well, these students are about to witness the showcase of the greatest talents in PISQ. On November 28, 2019 at 5:00 to 8:00 PM and at PISQ's covered court, the PISQ's faculty and staff performed another successful event of PISQ GOT TALENT Season 3. This event was carried out to commemorate the 19th founding anniversary of PISQ. Consequently, the faculty and staff of PISQ performed through various ways such as: dancing, singing, band performance, drama, theatrical play, and many more.

The event was led by 2 very interactive and energetic hosts who are Mr. Jherome P. De Guzman and Ms. Jean Dacudag. They lightened up the whole atmosphere of the audience through their enjoyable and interactive questions to random students who are watching the event. The audience were obviously hyped up as cheers, claps and screams roared in the PISQ'S court to support their beloved teachers who worked hard in order to perform and enjoyable performance for their students. Since the event was performed late in the evening, most of the cheers came from high school students. There were also a few elementary students who can be seen with their parents.

Before the event thoroughly begun, the hosts introduced the 3 judges who will be judging the performance of the teachers. The judges were: Ms. Rumela Marie Garcia, Mr. John Henry Alamag, and Mr. Jonald Roxas. Moreover, the Junior High School teachers performed a doxology before any performers performed.

The performers were all the faculty from Nursery to Senior High School and all staff of the PISQ. Who are specifically: Admins as Adminturous, Nursery as M' en M Dance Group, Kinder as Galaxy Ladies, Preparatory as The controVESS, Grade 1 ONEder Gurlz, Grade 2 as Team 2-rrefic, Grade 3 as D'HIDALGOS, Grade 4 as The Chronicles, Grade 5 as The Labyrinth, Grade 6 as Grade 6 Royals, Grade 7 as Leader of the Band, Grade 8 as Mythical Glory, Grade 9 Dream Catcher, Grade 10 New Yorkers, and Senior High School as Jojo's Angels.

The Winners for this event are in this order: 2nd Runner Up is awarded to Adminturous of the admins; 1st Runner Up is rewarded to Mythical Glory of the Grade 8; and finally, the Champion is rewarded to Jojo's Angels of the Senior High School Department. The admins were obviously happy that it was their first time getting an award at PISQ got talent with their traditional and floral dance. The Grade 8 teachers light up the stage with their awesome performance of cosplaying as Mobile Legends Characters and a band performance as those characters. The audience were obviously fired up and amazed at the distinctive and familiar costumes.

The Senior High School Department's teacher pushed this event to its climax with their touching and amazing performance. It was obviously what you would call a jaw-dropping and tear-jerking performance that had a big impact to each of the students who were intently watching the stage performance. The PISQ'S covered court was covered in a blanket of darkness and silence engulfed the whole stage as the SHS teachers instructed for them to properly perform. It was indeed a very unexpected creative performance coming from the constantly busy teachers of the SHS department.

Their performance was a majority of a glow in the dark performance with Ms. Lei T. Asis doing a very great job in carrying out her parts and acting as the supposed OFW which was the theme of the performance. The audience were in awe from looking at the bright properties that constantly appear, flew, pass by and disappear. Their main song being, "Lipad" by Lea Salonga. The message, "We are PISQians!" was very impactful to both the students and teachers and the stage performance came into close with a heartfelt and touching performance making the audience chant the Senior High Department.

This event will not be successful without the hardworking and effortful PFASA members and chairpersons for this event who are: Mr. Art Christian V. Dimla and Ms. Aikko R.  Pelayo. "Since I am a part of the PFASA members, I was happy at what the teachers have performed. It's really obvious that they were enjoying not only to win, but because they were performing for their students. That's all, I was happy that the students were happy and enjoying the show. I am happy if they are happy" said Ms. Aikko R. Pelayo.

At the end of the day, it was never about the competition, the teachers and staff were merely performing for their students so they could let out a laughter in the midst of all the stressful performance tasks. They obviously achieved their goal as each audience, the students, walked out of the show with a satisfied smile.
